How to replace the Mailbox?

Replacing the mailbox in a campaign in Prondo might be necessary for certain situations, like email account issues like lost authorization, improving deliverability rates, and personalization.

  1. Go to the Campaigns page, Navigate to the Campaign you would like to make changes and click on Mailboxes.

  1. Click on three dots to access replace mailbox functionality.

  1. Click on the Replace Mailboxes button, you will be prompted to a new pop-up to replace the current mailbox with targeted mailboxes.

You can choose multiple targeted mailboxes. Make sure the Target mailbox is in an active state.

  1. Click on the Replace button to replace the mailbox.

The recipients assigned to the current mailbox will be assigned to the new mailbox during the next scheduled batch in the Campaign.
