Adding team members is useful for accounts or agencies that are managed by multiple users. You can add multiple team-member to manage your campaigns.

Invite User

  1. Go to the Account, and click on the Users tab.

  1. Click on Invite User to invite your Prondo Account.

  2. Once clicked on the Invite User button, you will be prompted with a pop-up to enter user info.

  1. Click on the Invite button to send an invite to the user.

Prondo supports the following roles:

  1. Read-only: Read-only users have very limited rights; they cannot create, manage, or delete campaigns or workspaces. In essence, they are observers who can see the statistics of your campaigns and the content of your workspaces.

  2. Admin: The administrator, on the other hand, has the full potential to work with all functions that Prondo offers to users.

User List

Once an invitation has been sent, pending invites will show at the top of the list. Monitor invites and resend invitation emails from here

Resend Invitation

You can resend the invite if the user lost the previous invite by clicking the three dots next to the user and clicking on the "Resend Invitation Email" button.
