Mailboxes in a Prondo account are the email addresses that Prondo will use to send emails in the campaign and monitor replies.
To add Mailboxes to your account you can do the following:
Go to Account settings, then click on the Mailbox settings tab.
Click on + Add Mailbox to set up mailboxes for the account.
You will be prompted with a pop-up to select the type of mailbox you would like to add.
We only support Google Mailboxes at the moment.
Click on Continue with Google, and grant the necessary permissions for the application.
Prondo will use https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.settings.readonly to determine the timezone, so we can monitor daily limits for sending emails from the mailbox.
Prondo will use https://www.googleapis.com/auth/auth/gmail.modify to compose and send emails through the user’s Gmail. Prondo will use this permission to track the replies for the sent messages; or any system message such as non-existing recipient, Message blocked, Daily limit reached, etc.
