Privacy & Security

In the Privacy & Security settings, you have the option to modify your password, enable Multi-Factor Authentication, and review your login activity. To begin, let's focus on the process of changing your password.

Change Password

  1. Go to Account and click on Privacy & Security

  1. To change the password, click on the edit icon next to the password field.

  1. You will be prompted with a popup to enter your current and new passwords.

  1. Click on Change Password to update your new password.

The password must match the following criteria:

  • 1 number

  • 1 capital letter

  • 1 lowercase letter

  • 1 special character like !@#$%

  • 8 characters minimum

  • and avoid 3 more recurring characters

Setup Multi-Factor Authentication

  1. To enable Multi-Factor Authentication for your Prondo account, Click on the Set up button.

  1. You will be prompted with a popup to scan the QR code.

  2. Scan the QR code and enter the code provided by the Authenticator app. Congrats! Your multifactor authentication is enabled.

We advise installing the google authenticator app on the phone for MFA.

Active user sessions

Prondo allows users to see the most recent login activities, as well as team members, inside the account. This allows for a better picture of what's been happening in the account. You have the option to log out of a specific session if you suspect something is wrong, and you have the option to log out of all other sessions.
